We removed the stress from HVAC service. No guessing games, no unexpected bills. Just clear communication, skilled technicians, and a cool house when we leave.
Reach us by phone or fill out our quick online form. You'll speak to a real person — not a voicemail — and we'll get your details to dispatch the right tech for your situation.
Our technician arrives at your scheduled window, performs a thorough inspection, and tells you exactly what's wrong — and what it will cost to fix it. Upfront. Before any work begins.
Once you give the green light, we get to work. Our vans carry most common parts, so repairs often happen in a single visit. We treat your home with respect — clean up after ourselves, always.
Our relationship doesn't end when the truck leaves. We follow up after service calls, remind you about seasonal maintenance, and reward customers who send us their neighbors.
How fast can you get to my house after I call?
We aim to have a technician at your door the same day for most Greater Houston locations. If you call before noon, same-day service is usually available. For emergency no-cool situations, we prioritize dispatch and often arrive within 2–4 hours. You'll always get a real ETA when you call — not a vague 4-hour window.
Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
We charge a standard diagnostic fee to come out and assess your system. However, that fee is fully waived when you proceed with the repair. If you decide not to move forward, the diagnostic fee applies. We believe you should know what's wrong before you commit to paying for a fix — and we make sure you do.
What brands of AC systems do you work on?
We service all major residential HVAC brands including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Ruud, Goodman, American Standard, York, and more. Our technicians train regularly on new models and carry common parts for the most popular systems. If you're unsure whether we service your brand, just call and ask — the answer is almost always yes.
Do you offer any kind of warranty on your work?
Yes — all repairs carry a warranty on both labor and the parts we install. New system installations include a 1-year labor warranty on top of the manufacturer's equipment warranty. If something we fixed stops working within the warranty period, we come back and make it right at no charge. Period.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
We can give you ballpark ranges for common repairs over the phone — for example, capacitor replacements and refrigerant charges have fairly predictable pricing. But for an accurate quote, a technician needs to see your system. We never want to give you a number that ends up being wrong, so we quote from the system itself, not from assumptions.
Is Master Cooling Connection licensed and insured in Texas?
Yes, absolutely. We hold Texas HVAC contractor license TACLA148713E, and carry full general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. You can request proof of insurance at any time — we're happy to provide it. Hiring an unlicensed contractor is a real risk in Texas; we'd never put your home or family in that position.
Mon–Sun 8AM–9PM. We pick up. No voicemail, no waiting on hold, no runaround.
